8.5x11 Document (Single Page)

Upload your 8.5x11 Single page documents and choose your printing finishes.  Printed on Cardstock (#80 Gloss Cover).

Print File Requirements:

• File format: All art files MUST be sent in PDF format.  All other formats will be rejected.
• PDF Page format: Art files should be sent as single pages.  Art sent in 2-page spreads must be split apart on our end before they can be assembled for production, which takes time.
• Color: Art files should be built in CMYK color.  Any other color modes used (RGB, Index, spot colors, etc.) will be blanket converted during processing and printed.
  
• Resolution: Art files should have images between 150-400 dpi.  Lower resolutions will affect quality, while higher creates unnecessarily large files.  That said, whatever resolution the files have (unless it is completely illegible) will print as-is.
• Fonts: All fonts must be embedded in PDFs.  If fonts are not embedded, this may stop your order.  Depending on what fonts are unembedded and how they are used, we may be able to outline fonts.  If this fails, we will need a new file sent.
• Safety Margins: Files should have all content text at least .1875” from all edges to avoid any accidental trim-offs.  (This does not apply to type being used as art elements.)
• Bleed: If any items have color going to the edge, they should bleed over the edge by .125”.  Please refer to the diagram in your preferred size to see how pages should be set up.  Any items sent without bleed will be under-trimmed slightly to make up for the lack of bleed.
• Cropmarks: Cropmarks are not required, but if they are used, please make sure they are .125” from the edge of trim.
